Unique Moss Agate Kite Shape Engagement Ring Sets 2pcs

I absolutely loved my ring when it arrived. It was beautiful and felt perfect as an engagement and wedding band set. Unfortunately, it's been downhill since that initial "wow" moment.

I received my order on March 27, and by June, my ring was already missing three diamonds. For context, I'm a therapist, so my work doesn't involve heavy manual labor—mostly talking with clients and typing notes.

The first two diamonds were lost while I was taking off a basic, loose-fitting cotton shirt. The ring snagged on the fabric, ripped the shirt, and pulled out two stones. The third diamond disappeared while I was simply making my bed. These are some of the most ordinary daily activities imaginable, so having my ring fall apart during them has been incredibly disappointing.

When the first two diamonds came out, I considered sending the ring in for repair. However, after reading the warranty language regarding bent prongs, I felt like I would likely end up losing that battle. It seemed easier to have it repaired locally rather than ship my ring away for weeks.

Once the third diamond fell out, though, I started to feel that the issue wasn't bad luck—it was the quality of the ring itself. The repeated stone loss during normal everyday wear makes me question the durability of the setting. The clause regarding bent prongs almost feels like an acknowledgment that this ring design is particularly vulnerable to damage.

At this point, I'm honestly glad I only purchased the 14K version, because I can't imagine how many more diamonds I might have lost over time. I spent $1,635.92 on this ring, and only a few months later it no longer feels wearable. That's incredibly disheartening, especially for something that was meant to be such a meaningful piece of jewelry.
