What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size charts. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

What if the ring doesn't fit and needs adjusted?

We offer a free ring size service within half a year if your ring doesn‘t fit, but it will be best if you could get the correct ring size because resizing a ring will hurt the ring's durabilty one way or another. We recommend that you confirm the ring size to minimize modifications. However, we do offer a free resize for each ring if the difference is within 1 ring size (that is to say we can only size up 1 size the most or size down 1 size) .

Warm reminder: Platinum rings cannot be resized.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we'd be happy to personalize your ring with an inscription for free. You can add the engraving when you place an order.

The engraving go on the inside of the ring, and all rings have it.

Can I alter the details of the rings? Can I do a different center stone?

Are Felicegals's Gemstones Ethically Sourced?

Yes, we source all of our stones from a concious lab in the State, they are all responsibly sourced.

Ordering

Do you guys offer payment plans/financing?

We have up to 24 installments Klarna payment plans available on our product/checkout page.

If you like to do more installments, We offer manual payment plans with 0% interest up to 24 installments. Please contact us at support@felicegals.com for details!

How long does it take to receive the ring?

All of our rings are made to order and 100% handmade, so usually it will take about 3-3.5 weeks. Once the rings are done, we will immediately send them out and send you tracking info.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! All the orders can be cancelled within' 36 hours for free. All the ring are made to order and 100% hand-made, so once the production begins, we will charge $100 / ring for cancellations.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

All items are made to order for each customer. Please allow 3-4 weeks after purchase for shipping.


All standard shipping are free within the United States.


All orders shipped with USPS Express.


All rings are shipped with tracking, insurance, and SIGNATURE REQUIRED.


For international shipments, each customer is responsible for any customs/duties taxes that are required. 

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes, our packaging is discreet and does not mention Felicegals.

If you're worried you can change your address to the address of a nearby Po Box or a post office for you to pick up.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do you offer warranty? What is it like?

EVERY PURCHASE MADE AT FELICEGALS INCLUDES OUR - FREE WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Our warranty includes:


All repairs and resizing (No less or more than 1 size) within 1 year of purchase.
Correcting any manufacturing defects.

Our manufacturing warranty does not include:
The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
Damage due to wear such as worn or bent prongs or the resulting loss of gemstones.
Theft or loss of the ring.

Please note that all fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and subject to daily pressure. Precious metals, especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal maintenance. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, maintenance, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

How do I return/exchange my ring?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. 


PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST( E-mail: support@felicegals.com) before returning any items and we will give you instructions on returning them. All items must be sent to the address below. A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. Refund is not guaranteed if we are not contacted before item is shipped. 


Returned products must not show signs of wear and tear, marks and scratches, or have any kind of damage. 


Our return policy EXCLUDES custom orders, engraved items, and items broken or damaged after receipt.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
