I bought my now fiance this ring and she LOVES it!! It was the exact style she wanted and everyone has been complimenting her on it. The only reason why I couldn't give this a 5 star is because of the lack of communication on where the ring was in shipping. The ring came in the mail, no signature, and she got the mail that night. I had been checking the Shop app daily, so I was a little dissapointed but again, she is over the moon and that made it all up. The quality of the ring is devine.

My ring set from Felicegals exceeded my expectations! I receive so many compliments on it in regards to the stone color as well as the way the engagement ring seamlessly rests and fits atop the wedding band. I was searching for a set that fit together but was a non traditional shape as well as a darker center stone instead of a traditional diamond. The Lydia set with the rutilated quartz was exactly what I was looking for! The center stone (rutilated quartz) is unique and each stone can vary a little in color and appearance. I received a very dark quartz which was exactly what I was hoping for! It not only fits my hand/finger well but also my personality.

Abby was so helpful with me throughout the process. My now husband was nervous about making the purchase online (opposed to going into a brick and mortar location and choosing a ring) but I had fallen in love with the set. We also live in a city location and we were both nervous about shipping the ring to our house. Abby helped ease our worries and listened to my concerns and offered some solutions, we settled on shipping the ring to my parent's PO Box, which was in the location of our wedding so I didn't get to try on the rings until days before the wedding! I was nervous about the fit/time crunch but it fit perfectly and this is due to Abby assisted me in choosing a size. I sent her a video of myself using a ring sizer on my finger and she suggested a quarter size that I didn't have on my sizer that ended up being perfect for me! I also was pregnant when I ordered the ring and was worried about how it would fit after I gave birth and she was willing to work with me if the sizing did not fit post giving birth.
I write this review now a month after giving birth and luckily my rings still fit perfectly.

Abby is responsive and informative. She was able to make recommendations and work with me through the process of selecting and purchasing the ring and I couldn't be more happy! I don't plan on buying another engagement/bridal set anytime soon but I certainly plan to make another purchase form her other collections because I am very satisfied with the quality of my set and the support/service I received!

The ring is higher quality than I expected when ordering, and my expectations were high to begin with. I was contacted shortly after placing my order for specific dimensions of my engagement ring to custom make my band to fit. I didn't request that service; it was just above and beyond care on part of FeliceGals. It fits perfectly and looks better than I could've imagined with my engagement ring. Beyond thrilled with this purchase.
