I was hesitant at first about ordering from a company I knew little about, and I grew more concerned the more that time passed. I was able to contact customer service and they were very responsive. They told me they found an imperfection in the ring I ordered so they were re-casting a new one to send. It came not long after that and the recipient was very happy with the product! The emerald was slightly larger than anticipated, but the recipient was pleased with the product regardless. A little slow overall, but worth the wait!
