If circumstances changed or you for some reason were not 100% satisfied with your purchase just contact me within 30 days and for returns unrelated to quality, $100 will be deducted as a replenishment fee. Buyer pays the return fee.
Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us.
As soon as we get a confirmation from our warehouse, we will get in touch with you via email to confirm we have received your return and finalize the process.
Note: Customized and engraved items are not allowed to be returned!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items come with a 1-month (30 days) warranty. During this period you can either return your item(s) for a refund, get a replacement, or make an exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the defective item must be shipped back to us.
I was very iffy about ordering an engagement ring online and not able to see it in person. But, Abby from Felicegals made this whole process so smooth and worth it. She was very professional, and helpful in my decision making. Once I made my last payment on the ring, I received the ring within 2-1/2 weeks. I have no complaints and I highly recommend this company! The ring exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait for the big day. The only issue I had was the packaging the ring came in. I think it would have been more safe in a box rather than a bag. All around 5 stars!!!!
